Back to my WIP, I’ve added more objects to the Eco-Café, more to come next week (and I promise that in my final version of my café, there won’t be any watering can above the cakes! ;))

WIP - L’Eco-Café
I’m working on a new district in my town, supposed to be a kind of urban eco-friendly district, and of course, of course, the first lot I had to build there had to be a community lot (you begin to wonder if my Sims ever spend time at home, huh?). So, here’s the Eco-Café, a place where Sims can drink all kind of herbal drinks or eat a tofu-dog, but where they can also crop some herbs from the community herbs garden.
This is a major WIP as ivy look silly as it is now, and as I suck at building anything modern… But huh, here’s the first “shot”! :D
You’ll hear again about that Eco-Café because I’ve been meshing new objects for it! :p
Side-note: Sorry to not be much online lately, but RL has been busy and as I’ll have a tiny surgery next week, I will still be a bit absent at least till wednesday. But I plan to upload an ATS3 update on Friday! :)
La Crêperie des Pirates, Bed & Breakfast
As you have already noticed, most of the previews I make for ATS3 are actually my game shots (because I’m lazy, because I’m bad at taking pictures, and because I draw stuff I need! ;)), but I thought it could be fun if you could see more than the usual previews.
So, the crêperie is located in the Bretagne district, and I’ve added a small bedroom upstairs to use it as well as Bed & Breakfast. It will be used when my Sims have some guests (family or friends, any Sim who usually doesn’t live in my town), but when they don’t have enough room to host them for the night. Then, their guests, added to their household, will spend the night downtown, or now, in the Bed & Breakfast. I have already a hostel I use that way, and it works very fine for me. :)
The place is rustic (as you can seee! :D) and run by Marie Rabrouec. Blanche de Clairtonnerre had to visit the place, with two of her girls, Alix and Louis-Marie, as they’re also from Bretagne.

ATS3 Update | La Crêperie Bretonne, a french pancake restaurant
My Bretagne district was needing furniture and accessories for its restaurant, so here’s a rather rustic set, but with still few accessories for any other kind of restaurants and kitchens.
+ a page of “tips” to build your own restaurant. Nothing original there, but I’m often asked how to do, so I thought it could be useful to gather all the possibilities given by the game.
+ a fix for the bar and the island of my Bistrot, to remove those ugly black rectangles (the Uni coffee bar of my creperie matches with my bistrot, so I thought I could fix those, now that I know how to do! :))

Rue du Chat qui vole - La Guilde, comic book shop, and Chez Puce, pet shop
La Guilde uses WOE’s excellent comic book set, and I haven’t modified the shop since Uni, but I think we got new objects that could suit a comic book shop? Well, as you can see, mine is pretty old style, the kind of shops with nerd toys and so on. Exactly why there’s a room upstairs where role-gamers can play!
Yes, boring, “Chez Puce” is exactly my pet shop set preview. What can I say… I haven’t modified it neither for ages. :p

A street of the Canal district, with its old frenchy buildings. Very commercial street as you can find “La Guilde”, the comic book shop (that also hosts role-game players on sim-tuesday), “la Demi-tasse de thé”, a cosy tea-shop where you can have a fruit crumble while reading a book, and last, a pet shop, “Chez Puce”.
University… without University EP
I’ve been sending my Simmies in University for almost two years, and I can’t wait to add new objects to this old building! I might need to keep simulating university instead of using the game system, though, because I don’t want to send my students out of town. :p
I’ll post updated pictures of my uni once I get the EP!
Soccer Field
I’ve replaced my old horse racing field by a soccer one, on my stadium/swimming-pool lot. I’ll rebuild a horse racing field near the beach.
How uninteresting is that? *lol*
